By accessing or using the Xedoom website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site or its services.
1. Introduction
This document governs your access to and use of the Xedoom Site, an entertainment portal operated by Alvakos LLC (registered at 1410 S Ocean DR, Hollywood, FL 33019, USA). We may update these Terms from time to time, and the “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Xedoom is a digital entertainment portal that offers interactive quiz games and related content. The Site provides two membership options: a Free Plan and a Paid Plan, each with different levels of access and features.
3. Membership & Account Requirements
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or subscribe to a Paid Plan.
Membership Options:
Free Plan: Full access to games marked as “Free” plus the ability to join paid games hosted by Paid Plan members.
Paid Plan: Full access to all games and the game editor, available by way of a recurring subscription fee detailed on our Plans page. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your Paid Plan.
Account Security:
Your account is non-transferable. You must not share your username, email, or password.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and should promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions:
Your Paid Plan subscription will renew automatically each month. The subscription fee will be charged to your designated payment method on file.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will disable auto-billing, though your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We will send a confirmation email upon cancellation.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are offered for renewed, forgotten, or unused portions of subscriptions.
5. Service Availability
While we endeavor to make the Site available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we may need to interrupt or suspend service periodically for maintenance, technical issues, or other operational reasons. Continued use of the Site implies your acceptance of these potential interruptions.
6. Use of the Service and Content
Compliance with Site Instructions:
When accessing or using the Site and its Content, you must adhere to any directions, instructions, or protocols posted on the Site.
Fair Use Policy:
Your use of the Content is subject to a ‘fair use’ policy. All usage must be fair, genuine, and reasonable. We reserve the right to determine whether your use of the Content complies with this policy.
Streaming Content Only:
The Content is streamable, and you are not permitted to download Content to your computer as part of your membership, nor use scripts to mass-download.
7. Intellectual Property & License
Ownership:
All Content, including intellectual and physical products provided on the Site, is owned by or licensed to Alvakos LLC.
License Grant:
Your membership grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Content for personal, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Redistribution or exploitation of the Content beyond what is expressly permitted is prohibited.
Modifications:
You may modify or manipulate files solely for personal, educational purposes, but any further use or redistribution is not allowed.
8. Prohibited Activities

In using the Site, you agree not to:
Use a false email address, impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems or data;
Engage in automated gathering (“spidering”, “screen scraping”, etc.) of Content or email addresses;
Interrupt or alter the operation of the Site (e.g., by introducing viruses or flooding servers);
Use the Site or Content in any way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party intellectual property, or is fraudulent, obscene, offensive, or defamatory.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your membership and access to the Site at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms or any other Site rules. This includes, without limitation, any previous breaches of the membership terms.

The Site and Content are provided “as is” without any warranties of uninterrupted, error-free access or that defects will be corrected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
